Description
Whole Asparagus Extra 9/12 white fruits, without fibers and with the characteristic bitter point of the asparagus of the Denomination Cultivated in the fertile land of the Navarrese bank of the Ebro.
Traditionally made, they are blanched before peeling so that the skin protects their properties and aromas.
Harvesting: April-June.
Ingredients: asparagus, water, salt and antioxidant: citric acid.
