We elaborate our White Tuna in pickled sauce in a totally handmade way: caught one by one during the coastal fishing, it is carefully elaborated by hand and packed in pickled sauce.
It has an authentic flavor of the traditional escabeche.

Conservas ORTIZ has five generations behind it, and is one of the Spanish canneries with the most international presence.
Its fish are processed in an artisanal way, always taking care of the origin and freshness of each product they package.
The Northern bonito is the star of its preserves, and its great quality is due to a very careful selection of each piece and to the fact that they are caught one by one with a rod to prevent the fish from being mistreated, which improves the flavour and texture of the preserves.
