MARISCADORA is a brand of the Galician canning company Costas y Miñán, SL, founded in 1966 and with a factory in Cambados, on the banks of the Arousa Estuary. With 50 years of history, it continues to maintain an artisanal production with recipes passed down from generation to generation. Its raw materials come from the shellfish gathering guilds in the area, and from the Galician ports where both inshore fish and Atlantic campaigns arrive. At CASA BALLESTER we have selected some of their seafood preserves from the Galician estuaries that are notable for their high quality, their powerful taste of the sea and made with top quality ingredients. The stars of this brand for us are: The cockles selected and packed by hand, the Razor clams, considered one of the best in the country and their Mussels with a delicious, very mild marinade that enhances the flavour of the Galician mussel.
