The Maruca is a fish similar to cod, its roe is fine and has an intense sea flavor.
It is a product that cannot be missing in any appetizer.
It is consumed cut in very thin strips, or simply grated to give more flavor to dishes such as pasta, pizzas or roasted fish.
It is recommended to eat with nuts such as almonds Salted roe are concentrations of fish eggs that through this preservation technique that dates back to Phoenicians and Romans, are salted and dried giving rise to exquisite delicacies.
Ingredients: MARUCA roe (Molva molva), salt, dextrose, spice and coloring.
Storage instructions: keep in a cool place (5-10º C).
