They contain a mix of premium Spanish wheat, barley and rye flours, as well as sourdough, extra virgin olive oil from Jaén and a subtle touch of honey. These picos are made with long fermentations at low temperatures, allowing time for the magic of slow fermentation to develop the deep, natural flavors and aromas that elevate the dining experience to new heights of luxury and pleasure.

Our product is totally handmade, without preservatives of any kind. Even so, we manage to give it between 9 and 12 months of shelf life (depending on the product).
