This cheese is made with 100% goat’s milk from the Murcian-Granadine breed The cheese is bathed in red wine and matured for 30 days This process gives it characteristics such as its milky aroma with soft touches of wine, creamy texture, intense goat’s milk flavor, elasticity of the paste and a slightly acidic touch Its exterior color is unmistakable due to the garnet-violet color of the wine bath Pasteurized Murciana-Granadina Goat’s Milk, Salt, Stabilizer: Calcium Chloride, Rennet, Preservative: Lysozyme (contains Egg), Lactic Ferments and Red Wine (contains Sulfites).
Rind Coating: Preservatives E-235 and E-202.
Inedible rind.
