Salchichón is a typical Spanish sausage that uses minced meats, exclusively from the noble parts of the pig. The salchichón has a peppery touch that gives an intense aroma to the extra fine minced meat of which the Joselito Salchichón is composed, seasoned also with sea salt and garlic.
To the eye, a wide range of purple to reddish tones can be appreciated, reflecting a meaty structure and a bright coloration that will provoke an extraordinary taste experience, a perfect coordination of the finest minced meat with the exact point of pepper and garlic.
To facilitate its consumption and to be able to enjoy all its qualities to the maximum, the slicing, carried out in a rigorous way and with the appropriate thickness, will always be ready to eat.

CURING The Joselito Salchichón has 6 months of natural curing.
CONSERVATION The Joselito Sliced Salchichón Joselito is shipped in vacuum packaging and should be kept at a temperature between 4 – 10 ºC in its own vacuum packaging.
CONSUMPTION Remove the Joselito Sliced Salchichón Joselito from the chamber and open the vacuum pack at least 1 hour before consumption.
