Description
Chorizo is a typical Spanish sausage that mixes minced meats, exclusively from the noble parts of the pig, seasoned with sea salt, paprika, garlic and sugar, kneaded and stuffed in natural casing, which has undergone a maturation-drying process, characterized by its red color and its characteristic smell and flavor.
When cut, the chorizo is characterized by a coarse mincing and bright coloration due to the infiltration of fat in the muscles of the pigs raised in extensive farming.
To facilitate its consumption and to be able to enjoy all its qualities to the maximum, the slicing, carried out in a rigorous way and with the appropriate thickness, will always be ready to take to the table.
INGREDIENTS The ingredients of Joselito Chorizo are: lean pork, sea salt, paprika, garlic and sugar.
CURING The Chorizo Joselito has 6 months of natural curing.
CONSERVATION The Joselito Sliced Chorizo is shipped in vacuum packaging and should be kept at a temperature between 4 – 10 ºC in its own vacuum packaging.
CONSUMPTION Remove the Chorizo Joselito Sliced from the chamber and open the vacuum pack at least 1 hour before consumption.
