Goat Cheese with Rosemary Matured cheese made from 100% Murcian-Granadine goat’s milk. Characteristic exterior appearance due to the presence of rosemary leaves that make up its rind.
Intense white interior color, with a smooth rind. Milky aroma with intense touches of rosemary, soft and creamy texture, intense flavor of goat’s milk and also with the characteristic taste of rosemary.
Pasteurized goat milk, salt, stabilizer: calcium chloride, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (contains egg), lactic ferments and rosemary.
Rind coating: preservatives e-235 and e-202.
Inedible rind.
