White Tuna Fried in Pickled Sauce This is a traditional recipe whose process is exclusive to Conservas Ortiz.
The white tuna is fried in olive oil, cleaned and packed by hand in whole pieces with a traditional marinade.
The result is a White Tuna with an unmistakable and tasty touch.
Tip: you can use the marinade to dress your salads.
Ingredients: White tuna, vinegar, olive oil and salt.
