QUESOS RUPERTO is an artisanal cheese factory that makes sheep cheeses by hand, with milk from its own flocks.
This small family business is located in San Javier, an area very close to the Mar Menor, in the Region of Murcia, with an ideal microclimate for sheep farming, and a very characteristic pasture of the area, which gives its cheeses that unique flavor.
The cheeses are made with raw sheep's milk, offering signature cheeses, 100% artisanal and of great quality.
At Quesos Ruperto they also aim to innovate, combining their traditional recipes with unique products from the area, such as the salt used in TRONCO DE MAR, which offers a spectacular contrast between land and sea, or the WASHED BARK, with an intense vegetal and fermentation smell typical of these preparations.
