The flavor of this artisan D.O. Manchego cheese is aromatic, intense, very elegant and with a long finish. Lactose-free cheese and suitable for those allergic to eggs as it does not contain lysozyme. All our raw milk Manchego cheeses are made from the milk of our own herd of Manchego sheep.
