The Galician cheeses from the CAMPO CAPELA cooperative are artisanal, offering the authentic flavour of the Galician land and with a guarantee of origin.
The Cooperative brings together small milk producers, with an average of 15 cows raised on a semi-extensive basis in the meadows surrounding the cooperative. Almost all of them have the Galega 100% guarantee mark, a seal that certifies that they are Dairy Farms of Differentiated Quality, which certifies a hygienic-sanitary quality of the milk above the mandatory legal requirements.
Among its cheeses, it has a product certified with a Denomination of Origin seal, the “Queixo Tetilla”, which has obtained the Bronze Medal WORLD CHEESE AWARDS 2018-19, and which you can find in the Casa Ballester online store.
