Characteristics: Cockle natural 25-35 pcs / Conservas Baymar selected fishing Artisanal manufacturing process, once the mollusk arrives alive it is shelled and cooked for 5 minutes at 100 degrees, it is shelled and washed in a brine to remove impurities.
Ideal as an appetizer or to accompany dishes for the great flavor it brings.
Recommendations: Taste the product fresh, around 10º-12º.
The ideal is to put the can in ice or freezer 5-10 minutes before opening for consumption.
