Cockles natural 15-25 pcs / Canned Arlequín SERIE ORO Arlequín is a family company located in Santoña (Cantabria) dedicated since 1920 to the manufacture and marketing of canned and semi-preserved products.
Once the live mollusk arrives, it is shucked and cooked for 5 minutes at 100 degrees, shucked and washed in brine to remove impurities.
Ideal as an appetizer or to accompany dishes for the great flavor it brings.
Recommendations: Taste the product fresh, around 10º-12º.
The ideal is to put the can in ice or freezer 5-10 minutes before opening for consumption.
