Characteristics: Cockles natural 30-40 pcs / Hand packed.
Packed one by one by hand by our best shellfish gatherers, obtaining a very high quality product.
The cockles are purified, cooked in sea water and once calibrated are packed by hand to prevent damage and getting an excellent presentation.   Tradition since 1966.
Recommendations: Ideal with a dry white wine, vermouth or a good cold beer.
They do not need to be kept cold but it is advisable to keep them in a cool place and preferably taste them in their tin and at room temperature.
