Canned cockles from the Galician Rias al Natural. Harvested in a sustainable way, we select exclusively the best cockles that later arrive fresh to our facilities where we subject them to a natural cleaning process in sea water.
Once cleaned, we handle them with the delicacy they deserve, classifying them by size and packing them in cans by hand for an impeccable presentation.
Committed to sustainability and artisanal fishing, our cockles bear the seal “Pesca de Rías, de onde se non?” which guarantees the origin, quality, freshness and capture with sustainable fishing gear in Galicia.
This tasty Galician seafood has a high iron and calcium content, which makes it a food of great nutritional value.
