Felisa Gourmet was born in 1998 in Barbate, Cadiz, a land deeply linked to the sea and the canning tradition. From this privileged corner of the Andalusian coast, this family business has been able to combine the know-how of generations with a clear commitment to quality and respect for the product. Each Felisa Gourmet preserve is the result of a careful process, where the fish is selected directly from local fish markets and prepared following traditional methods that preserve the authentic flavor of the sea. There are no shortcuts here: only first class ingredients and a handcrafted care that is evident in every bite. Preserves that awaken the senses Each Felisa Gourmet can is an invitation to enjoy without artifice. At Casa Ballester, we have selected some of its most special products, ideal for those who value authenticity: Smoked sardines: tender, tasty and with that smoky touch that makes them irresistible. Canutera frigate tuna: firm texture and intense flavor, perfect for a salad or a gourmet toast. Anchovies in vinegar: delicately marinated, soft and balanced, ready to conquer any appetizer. Crab meat: pure delicacy from the sea, ready to spread, stuff or simply enjoy in spoonfuls.

In Casa Ballester we are demanding with what we offer, and that is why we trust in brands like Felisa Gourmet, who share our passion for authentic and well elaborated products. You can find our careful selection in our online store and also in our stall in the Mercado de Verónicas in Murcia.
