Is is the result of the collaboration with the awarded Galician cheese factory Airas Moniz, this White Tuna Belly in Butter of Airas Moniz is born. Our canned White Tuna Belly is the result of a meticulous selection of the best specimens, caught by rod in the Cantabrian Sea. Its gelatinous meat texture and its lamination make it the most valued part of the White Tuna. Each can contains the delicate and juicy slices of the belly packed by hand, accompanied by the softness of Airas Moniz artisan butter. A butter made from the raw milk of its herd of pasture-raised Jersey cows, which achieves a unique flavor and texture. Los Peperetes tuna belly with Airas Moniz butter is a product with great nuances of flavor. A more complex product that will surprise the most demanding gourmets.
