Description

Cheese made with milk from a local herd, medium ripening, with a clean and compact rind, intense flavor and slightly lactic, with a touch of salt. It is an ideal option to enjoy cheese at any time of the day. It is a very melting cheese ideal for gratin or serving with slightly warm toast.
