Selected and cured with SEA SALT for an average of 12 months in the cellar, until they reach their optimum curing point before being filleted in a completely artisanal way, finally covered with top quality Olive Oil in a wide range of gourmet formats.
  • CODESA Limited Series, which is made with a selection of the largest sizes of Cantabrian anchovies caught in the spring campaign, months of April and May. This anchovy is distinguished by being meaty, tender, smooth, with a unique and unmistakable texture and bouquet. The CODESA Limited Series anchovies are made with a fair amount of salt and a top-quality OMEGA 6-rich olive oil, as a perfect complement for their preservation.
  • CODESA Limited Edition-Pink Series is designed for consumers looking for Anchovy Fillets in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil cured in Himalayan Pink Salt.
