Anchovies We use “Engraulis Encrasicolus” anchovies caught “AL AL ALBA” in the Cantabrian Sea.
Clean, meaty, tender, smooth anchovy, with an unmistakable texture and bouquet that is repeated only in the “memory of the palate”, reminding us in its bouquet what we could define as the “Ham of the Sea”.
These anchovies are elaborated with just the right amount of salt, which together with the properties of the best olive oil rich in OMEGA 6 makes them a perfect complement for our health.
This “SEMICONSERVA” must always be kept refrigerated between 5ºc and 10ºC as it only consists of three NATURAL PRESERVATIVES, cold, sea salt and oil.
