The canning company CARLANMAR located in Santoña (Cantabria), elaborates its canned anchovies exclusively with the catch of the spring fishing season, obtaining a very limited and exclusive production. In these gourmet cans you can appreciate an anchovy of a soft salmon color, with a perfect cut of the fish and a great firmness, covered with a layer of exquisite olive oil that enhances the natural flavor of the salted anchovy.

Conservas CARLANMAR is located in the Cantabrian town of Santoña, on the Cantabrian coast. This traditional canning factory produces small batches of highly selected Cantabrian products only from the best seasons. Its star product is canned anchovy, whose traditional recipe has been maintained since its beginnings with few changes. Its preparation starts with the selection of large-sized Cantabrian anchovies, exclusively from the spring season, to then move on to a careful and meticulous manual and artisanal preparation, carried out by a very small group of experienced workers.
