As a result of the close collaboration that has united Pazo de Rubianes and Los Peperetes during the last years, this innovative product is born, combining the good work of both brands.
At Los Peperetes we elaborate the sea bass with the strictest care, eliminating bone and skin by hand until the loins are meticulously cleaned.
We apply a light cooking to achieve the desired tenderness and then we pack the loins neatly in the can.
In this case the added broth is a very delicate green sauce elaborated in the old style with the Albariño born from the vines of the Pazo de Rubianes, garlic, onion, parsley and spices.
The result is a dish ready to taste straight from the can with an incredible texture and the unmistakable aromas of the award-winning Pazo de Rubianes Albariño.
