Recipe for Canned Razor Shells Ceviche

Simple and delicious this recipe with all the flavor of the sea, made with NAVAJAS IN CANNING.
Dare to try it!

INGREDIENTES

Ingredients (for 4 people):

  • 2 cans of razors
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 large avocado
  • Juice of a lemon
  • ½ small red onion
  • A piece of green bell pepper
  • A pinch of coriander (or parsley)

RACIONES: 4 personas

TIEMPO DE ELABORACIÓN: 20 mn

DICIFULTAD: Fácil

ELABORACIÓN

Cut the onion into slices and soak it in salted water to remove the acidity.
Cut the bell pepper into small pieces, the tomato and the razor clams into small cubes and add everything together with the finely chopped coriander in a bowl, and set aside.
Drain the onion and chop it into very small pieces, peel the avocados and cut them into cubes, adding everything to the previous mixture, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Serve and ready to enjoy!!!
