Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 2 cans of razors
- 1 tomato
- 1 large avocado
- Juice of a lemon
- ½ small red onion
- A piece of green bell pepper
- A pinch of coriander (or parsley)
Cut the onion into slices and soak it in salted water to remove the acidity.
Cut the bell pepper into small pieces, the tomato and the razor clams into small cubes and add everything together with the finely chopped coriander in a bowl, and set aside.
Drain the onion and chop it into very small pieces, peel the avocados and cut them into cubes, adding everything to the previous mixture, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Serve and ready to enjoy!!!
