Ingredients (for 4 people):
- Spinach, lamb’s lettuce, arugula and red lettuce sprouts
- Escarole
- 1 peeled orange
- 100 g of quince
- 50 g peeled walnuts
- Modena Vinegar
- 1 can of light tuna or white tuna in olive oil
In a bowl, mix the same proportion of Modena vinegar with the olive oil drained from the can of light tuna or white tuna and set aside.
In a bowl mix the sprouts with the lettuce and the endive, add the peeled and diced orange in small cubes of approximately 2 centimeters, the peeled walnuts and the quince cut in small slices, sprinkle everything with the reserved dressing, and finally add the light tuna or white tuna.
