Hake stuffed with vegetables and canned clams recipe

Very simple, exquisite and delicate dish with fresh hake, vegetables and canned clams prepared in the oven in 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTES

Ingredients (for 4/6 persons):

  • 1 open hake, cleaned, boneless and skin on
  • 1 can of clams
  • 100 g carrots in small pieces
  • 100 g zucchini in small pieces
  • 100 g eggplant in small pieces
  • 50 g finely chopped onion
  • Pinch of salt

RACIONES: 4/6 personas

TIEMPO DE ELABORACIÓN: 35mn

DICIFULTAD: Fácil

ELABORACIÓN

Poach all the vegetables in olive oil, season and set aside.
Seal the hake on both sides in a griddle or frying pan.
Open the hake and add the poached vegetables and the clams, put in the oven previously heated for 10 minutes at 180º C.
