Very simple, exquisite and delicate dish with fresh hake, vegetables and canned clams prepared in the oven in 10 minutes.

Ingredients (for 4/6 persons):
- 1 open hake, cleaned, boneless and skin on
- 1 can of clams
- 100 g carrots in small pieces
- 100 g zucchini in small pieces
- 100 g eggplant in small pieces
- 50 g finely chopped onion
- Pinch of salt
Poach all the vegetables in olive oil, season and set aside.
Seal the hake on both sides in a griddle or frying pan.
Open the hake and add the poached vegetables and the clams, put in the oven previously heated for 10 minutes at 180º C.
