This tasty starter mixes green bell pepper guacamole and sardines in oil, achieving a very tasty and original combination.

Ingredients (for 6 persons):
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tomato
- ½ onion
- ¼ green bell pepper
- ½ lime
- 1 teaspoon of fresh coriander leaves
- 6 Slices of artisan bread
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 can of sardines “sardinillas” in olive oil
Finely chop the onion, tomato and green bell pepper and set aside.
Extract the pulp from the avocados, add the lime juice, and mash it in a mortar or a bowl.
Add the chopped cilantro and the other reserved ingredients, along with the pinch of salt, and mix.
Lightly toast the bread slices, spread abundantly with the guacamole, and place the sardines, previously drained of oil, on top.
