TIO REST

Tío Rest is a cheese factory located in Calasparra, Murcia, known for its goat cheeses with DOP made with milk from goats of the Murciano-Granadina breed.

The goat milk is obtained from local farmers, where it is collected and received at the factory within 48 hours, to guarantee its freshness and quality.

Belonging to the TGT cheese group since 2009, it began its activity as an artisan cheese factory in 1985. It currently produces mainly pure goat cheeses and some goat-cow cheeses.
