Doña Rosario

Doña Rosario is a cannery located in the Ría de Arousa and specialises in PDO Galician mussel preserves from its own rafts.

It makes pickled mussels by hand-selecting the largest and best-looking pieces, choosing "one out of 10,000" to ensure the highest quality and flavour.

Its respect for tradition and excellence allows us to enjoy exceptional preserves, in limited production.
