The La Mancha cheese factory Dehesa de Los Llanos produces cheeses with the artisanal Manchego designation of origin, made with raw milk that comes exclusively from the farm's own herd.

Its great quality and unique flavour have earned it one of the most prestigious awards in the world. In 2012, the cheese Dehesa de los Llanos Gran Reserva was chosen as the Best Cheese in the World by the World Cheese Awards, one of the very few to achieve this award in Spain.
