EL JUNCAL

Conservas El Juncal is located in Fitero, in the heart of Navarra's orchard, where it obtains the best vegetables and greens to make its artisanal preserves.

Its star products are asparagus, with the Designation of Origin Navarra Asparagus, and Cristal pepper, made by hand with charcoal. In addition, El Juncal has also been making other preserves of piquillo peppers, vegetables, sauces, legumes, etc. for 35 years.
