CARLANMAR

Conservas CARLANMAR is located in the Cantabrian town of Santoña, on the Cantabrian coast. This traditional canning factory produces small batches of highly selected Cantabrian products only from the best seasons.

Its star product is canned anchovy, whose traditional recipe has been maintained since its beginnings with few changes. Its preparation starts with the selection of large-sized Cantabrian anchovies, exclusively from the spring season, to then move on to a careful and meticulous manual and artisanal preparation, carried out by a very small group of experienced workers.

CARLANMAR offers a selection of canned anchovies and bonito of limited and exclusive production, often difficult to obtain.
